Bohdan Bodnar, has more than 30 years of experience in both corporate and board environments.  Bohdan has held executive roles in publicly traded firms as well as director roles in public, private and non-for-profit organizations.  Bohdan’s many years of experience and depth in, HR committee process, corporate governance, pensions and benefits, succession, and broader HR leadership issues provide his clients with a thoughtful, experienced perspective.

Bohdan Began his career in the energy industry as a labor and employee relations specialist, after which he progressively advanced to executive leadership. Bohdan has chaired a Pension investment committee, with assets approaching $1 billion. He has held a number of board committee roles, including serving as HR Committee chair, Governance Committee chair. He has served on boards of Azul Insurance Company Ltd. (Arizona), Westcoast Indemnity Ltd.(Vancouver), McMahon Power Holdings Inc.; the advisory boards of Ceridian Corporation (Minneapolis), and People fluent (Raleigh). He is past President(chair) of the board of Family Services of the North Shore, a non-for-profit organization, and is a past member of the Board of Directors of BC Ferries Authority. He is currently a board member with Courtyard at Garrison woods. Bohdan has an MBA specializing in Management Consulting and is accredited by Institute of Corporate Directors as an ICD.D.
